1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and/or contracting any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or contract our services.

2. Description of Services

Brimly sells monthly subscription services for web design, development, high-speed hosting, search engine optimization (SEO), and integrated analytics. The specific features of each commercial plan (Starter, Business, and Premium) are detailed on our Pricing page.

3. Payment and Subscription Terms

Subscription payments are made on a recurring monthly basis through authorized payment methods. There are no setup fees or long-term contract commitments. You can request the cancellation of your service at any time; the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Intellectual Property

The domain registered during the service will be registered in the client's name. Content provided by the client remains their exclusive property. The base code and the private dashboard platform are the intellectual property of Brimly and are licensed on a non-exclusive basis to the client for the duration of their active subscription.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify our rates or the features of our plans with a minimum of 30 days prior notice.
